Conditions

The Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has approved a gaming machine threshold increase of 13 (from 17 to 30) for the Licence under section 34 of the Gaming Machines Act 2001 (Act).

The Authority has approved the community contributions proposed in your submission of 9 June 2015, and varied the LIA approval conditions accordingly.

The approval of the LIA of 28 April 2015 is subject to the following revised conditions:

  1. The Hotel must provide evidence to the Authority by 31 August 2015 that a total of $265,400 has been paid in cash contributions to the relevant local community.
  2. The recipient organisations and contributions as outlined in the letter by LAS Lawyers and Consultants of 9 June 2015 are approved.
  3. All gaming machine entitlements transferred to the Hotel as a result of the approval of this gaming machine threshold increase application must be transferred from hotels located in band 2 or band 3 metropolitan local government areas.
