Conditions
The Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has approved a gaming machine threshold increase of 8 (from 188 to 196) for the Licence under section 34 of the Act.

The Authority has also approved the associated LIA under section 36 of the Act, subject to the following conditions:
  • All gaming machine entitlements transferred to the Club as a result of the approval of this gaming machine threshold increase application must be transferred from clubs located in Band 2 or Band 3 metropolitan local government areas;
  • The Club must provide evidence to the Authority by 1 June 2015 that the Club has donated a total of $40,000 by way of donations to Bridge for Asylum Seekers Foundation of $10,000, Nurses on Wheels of $10,000, Sir Roden & Lady Cutler Foundation of $10,000 and Calvary Health Care of $10,000;
  • The Club's donation must be additional to the Club's minimum Contribution under the ClubGRANTS program.
