Conditions

The Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority has approved the Class 1 LIA for a gaming machine threshold increase of 13 (from 9 to 22) for the licence under section 36 of the Gaming Machines Act 2001, subject to the following conditions:

  1. All gaming machine entitlements to be transferred to the Club as a result of the approval of this threshold increase application must be transferred from the related Club Hurstville Sports Limited, LIQC300230287.
  2. By 1 August 2015, the Club must provide evidence to the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority that the Club has donated $7,500 to St George Hospital Children's Ward, $7,500 to St George Hospital Oncology Ward and $4,500 to the Mark Gasnier Foundation.
  3. The Club's donation must be additional to the Club's liability under the ClubGRANTS program.
