Conditions
The Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has approved a gaming machine threshold increase of 10 (from 182 to 192) for the Licence under section 34 of the Act.

The Authority has also approved the associated LIA under section 36 of the Act, subject to the following conditions:

1. All gaming machine entitlements transferred to the Club as a result of the approval of this gaming machine threshold increase application must be transferred from clubs located in Band 2 or Band 3 metropolitan local government areas, or from Lennox Head Community Sports & Recreation Club Ltd, LIQC300235262.

2. The Club must provide evidence to the Authority by 1 May 2015 that the Club has donated $60,000 to Rockdale City Council for the provision of additional facilities at Cook Park.

3. The Club's donation must be additional to the Club's minimum contribution under the ClubGRANTS program.

4. The Club shall have dedicated, specifically trained staff members ("hosts") to look after gaming players' welfare and raise awareness of harm minimisation assistance available. The hosts must receive additional training conducted by Wesley Mission on a half-yearly basis, involving Mental Health First Aid Training, Conflict Resolution Training and Trends in Patron Care. The costs of this training must be additional to what the Club already pays to Wesley Mission for the provision of problem gambling counselling and self-exclusion services. Further, the costs of this training are not considered as a community contribution.
