Conditions
The Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has approved a gaming machine threshold increase of 10 (from 53 to 63) for the Licence under section 34 of the Gaming Machines Act 2001 (the Act).

The Authority has also approved the associated LIA under section 36 of the Act, subject to the following conditions:

1. All gaming machine entitlements transferred to the Club as a result of the approval of this gaming machine threshold increase application must be transferred from clubs located in Band 2 or Band 3 metropolitan local government areas.

2. The Club must provide evidence to the Authority by 1 October 2015, and by 1 October 2016, that the Club has donated a minimum of $130,000 during each club tax year to local community groups, as approved Category 1 and Category 2 ClubGRANTS contributions.

3. These contributions must be additional to the Club's minimum contribution under the ClubGRANTS program.
