Conditions

The Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority approved the Class 1 LIA for a gaming machine threshold increase of 12 (from 10 to 22) for the licence under section 36 of the Gaming Machines Act 2001, subject to:

  1. No transfers of gaming machine entitlements from the Commercial Golf Resort (LIQC300235025) to the Commercial Club (Albury) Ltd (LIQC300235068) are permitted.

  2. The Club providing evidence to the Authority by 31 August 2013 that the Club has donated $30,000 to YES Youth and Family Services for provision of secure accommodation for homeless youth in the Albury local government area, and $30,000 to Betty's Place Women's Refuge for accommodation and related services in the Albury local government area. The Club's donations must exceed the Club's minimum ClubGRANTS liability.
