CONDITIONS AMENDED 25 March 2015

1. The Club must pay a total of $380,000 in cash contributions to the relevant local community by way of payments to individuals or organisations (to be specified by the Club for approval by the Authority) not later than 2 December 2015.

2. The Club will provide evidence to the Authority of the payment of the cash contributions to the specified individuals or organisations not later than 2 December 2015.

3. The $380,000 in cash contributions must be over and above any existing commitments and obligations of the Club.

4. The Club must provide evidence to the Authority by 1 May 2015 that the $190,000 that fell due for payment by the Club on 27 March 2014 pursuant to Condition 1 of the Authority's decision of 27 March 2013, has been made to the following recipient organisations:

a. Australian Aerial Patrol, $40,000, Community Safety - funding towards a sophisticated camera technology that will assist in minimising public risk. Total Project cost approximately $80,000 - $100,000.

b. Illawarra Cancer Carers, $32,000, Immobilisation Equipment for the Cancer Care Centre – immobilisation equipment to secure a cancer patient and constrain them in a comfortable position whilst going through treatment. Total Project cost approximately $150,000.

c. Mission Australia, $25,000, Education and Employment – school based (Year 11 & 12) Traineeship Program – Over 2 years supporting 4 students.

d. Disability Trust, $25,000, Healthy Lifestyle and Social Inclusion – Fitness for All Program for Youth with a disability (students 12 – 18 years), over 2 years, supporting 20 students per week.

e. Camp Quality, $28,200, Family respite care support – Camp – Middle Camp for kids (aged 10 – 12 years) from the Illawarra (5 days and 4 nights).

f. Top Blokes, $12,000, Wellbeing of Australian Young Men – Deliver Junior Top Blokes Mentoring Program in a local high school to 14 – 17 year old male participants.

g. St Vincent de Paul, $10,000, Assisting Families moving to the area with financial difficulty – Provide 40 families assistance with a "starter pack" providing monies (store gift cards not cash) to assist the family to purchase required items.

h. Youth of the Street, $10,000, In School Support Program – The YOTS In-School Program aims to improve engagement with learning and education, resulting in improved school attendance, retention and positive life choices.

i. Unanderra P.S. School Sports, $8,000, Healthy Lifestyle – 5 week Sports Recreation Program over Term 4 – Over 2 years.

5. These contributions must be additional to the Club's minimum contribution under the ClubGRANTS program

Superseded Conditions of 27 March 2013

1. The Club must provide evidence to the Authority on or before 27 March 2014 that a minimum of $190,000 has been paid over the preceding 12 months to Waldock Construction Group Pty Ltd for the construction of a grandstand at Sid Parrish Park.
2. The Club must provide evidence to the Authority on or before 27 March 2015 that a minimum of $190,000 has been paid over the preceding 12 months to Waldock Construction Group Pty Ltd for the construction of a grandstand at Sid Parrish Park.
3. All of the above expenditure is to be excess of the Club's minimum ClubGRANTS liability.

Superseded Conditions of 16 September 2015

The Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority has approved the Class 1 LIA for a gaming machine threshold increase of 20 (from 267 to 287) for the licence under section 36 of the Gaming Machines Act 2001, subject to the following condition:

1. The Club must pay a total of $380,000 in cash contributions to the relevant local community by way of payments to individuals or organisations.

2. The Club must provide evidence to the Authority by 1 May 2015 that $190,000 of the $380,000 has been made to the following recipient organisations:

(a) Australian Aerial Patrol, $40,000, Funding towards camera technology.Illawarra Cancer Carers, $32,000, 

(b) Funding towards equipment for the Cancer Care Centre.

(c) Mission Australia, $25,000, Funding towards school based (Year 11 & 12) Traineeship Program.

(d) Disability Trust, $25,000, Funding towards Fitness for All Program.

(e) Camp Quality, $28,200, Funding towards family respite care support.

(f) Top Blokes, $12,000, Funding towards Top Blokes Mentoring Program in a local high school.

(g) St Vincent de Paul, $10,000, Funding towards assisting families with emergency accommodation.

(h) Youth of the Street, $10,000, Funding towards In School Support Program.

(i) Unanderra P.S. School Sports, $8,000, Funding towards Healthy Lifestyle – 5 week Sports Recreation Program.C

3. The Club must provide evidence to the Authority by 2 December 2015 that further payment of $190,000 (or more) has been made to the following recipient organisations:

a. Australia Aerial Patrol, $60,000 – Funding towards upgrading aerial safety surveillance equipment.

b. St Pious School, $5,130 – Funding towards the purchase of musical instruments and training.

c. Flagstaff Vocational Pathways, $15,350 – funding towards vocational training for disabled youth.

d. Camp Quality, $30,000 – Funding towards the provision of a residential camp for local children living with cancer.

e. Autism Spectrum, $21,000 – Funding towards safety upgrades at Aspect South Coast School.

f. St Vincent De Paul, $15,100 – Funding towards providing assistance to families in emergency accommodation.

g. Youth of the Streets, 15,000 – Funding towards the In School Support program.

h. Disability Trust, $8,500 – Funding towards construction and operation of a demonstration garden.

i. Lifeline South Coast, $20,000 – Funding for crisis support workers and local education delivery.


4. The $380,000 in cash contributions must be over and above any existing commitments and obligations of the Club.

5. These contributions must be additional to the Club's minimum contribution under the ClubGRANTS program.
