Conditions

The Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has approved a gaming machine threshold increase of 15 (from 15 to 30) for the Licence under section 34 of the Act.

The Authority has also approved the associated LIA under section 36 of the Act, subject to the following conditions:

  • All gaming machine entitlements transferred to the Hotel as a result of the approval of this gaming machine threshold increase application must be transferred from hotels located in Band 2 or Band 3 metropolitan local government areas;
  • The Hotel must provide evidence to the Authority by 1 June 2015 that the Hotel has donated a total of $157,500 to Blacktown PCYC.
