*The licensee will:

(i) make payments totalling $120,000 to Kogarah Council, such monies to be utilised within Council's Cultural Development Program for:

(a).  planning and development of community cultural facilities, including the ongoing Community Art Space Program; and

(b).  Community Cultural Development projects, including a range of activities such as the Twilight Concert Series, public art projects and partnership projects with local community services organisations (as determined by Council); and

(ii) provide evidence to the Casino, Liquor & Gaming Control Authority by 17 January 2012 that he has done so. 

The licensee must at the time of making the payment(s) inform the Council that the money must be utilised for the purposes of the Cultural Development Program only.

The licensee will:

(i) make payments totalling $30,000 to the St George & Sutherland Medical Research Foundation to purchase diagnostic equipment for use by the Foundation in its research into the unborn child; and

(ii) provide evidence to the Casino, Liquor & Gaming Control Authority by 14 March 2011 that he has done so. 

The licensee must at the time of making the payment(s) inform the Foundation that the money must be utilised for the purposes of medical research only.
