Conditions

The Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority (Authority) has approved the application under section 34 of the Gaming Machines Act 2001 (Act) for a gaming machine threshold increase of 20 (from 184 to 204) for the Camden Valley Country Club, Catherine Field, LIQC300236447.

The Authority has approved under section 36 of the Act the associated Local Impact Assessment (LIA), subject to the following conditions:

1. By 1 July 2016, the Club must provide evidence to the Authority that it has made a total payment of $100,000, as LIA contributions, to the following organisations:

a) Campbelltown Camden District Cricket Club $32,000

b) Group 6 Referees Association $6,500

c) Mt Annan Swim Club $3,500

d) Oran Park Junior Rugby League Football Club $3,000

e) Oran Park Soccer Club $5,000

f) GWS Auskick Oran Park $5,000

g) Macarthur Baseball League $6,000

h) Magpies Cricket Club $9,000 and

i) Western Suburbs District Junior Leagues $30,000.  

2. The LIA Contributions must be additional to any contributions provided by the Club as the ClubGRANTS community support.

3. The Club must maintain the level of ClubGRANTS community support provided in the tax year ending 31 August 2015, proportional to gaming machine profits of the Club, in each club tax year during which the LIA contributions are made.
