The Responsible Gambling Fund supports projects and services that aim to reduce and prevent the harms associated with problem gambling.
Funding is available for a range of activities including:
The Fund comes from a levy on each NSW casino licence under the Casino Control Act 1992. An independent advisory committee makes recommendations to the Minister on the appropriate allocation of monies from the Responsible Gambling Fund.

These services are for gamblers, their family, and their friends. They include:
Counselling and help are available in more than 30 languages as well as English. There are also specialist Aboriginal programs and a women's service.
