Notify of interest in liquor licence business

You can notify Liquor & Gaming NSW of:

  • an interest in a liquor licence business/licenced premises.
  • a new or removed interest in a liquor licence business.

No fees are required for this application.

You will need

If you wish to notify interest as a premises owner you will need to provide proof of ownership. This can be in the form of a title search and contract of sale or a rates notice.

If you wish to notify interest as a business owner you will need to provide proof of purchase of the business such as a contract of sale which includes the date of settlement. If you are setting up a new business, you will need to provide a copy of an extract from the ABR register.

If a Trust has purchased the business you will need to provide a copy of the Trust Deed and a copy of the contract of sale including the settlement ate or a copy of an extract from the ABR register.

Notification of interest can be accessed through the Manage Liquor Licence dashboard.
