This licence allows liquor producers, such as winemakers, brewers or distillers, and wholesalers to sell alcohol to other liquor licensees.
This licence also allows winemakers, brewers and distillers to conduct tastings (with or without charge), retail sales, and direct sales to the public at liquor industry shows and farmers' markets or fairs.
Winemakers, brewers and distillers may also apply for a drink-on premises authorisation to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises in various settings.
Wholesalers can sell liquor by wholesale to other licensees at any time. They can also sell liquor to their employees and conduct tastings for customers at any time.

A producer/wholesaler licence costs $700.
You must also pay an annual liquor licence fee which takes into account your venue's trading hours if you obtain a drink on-premises authorisation..
