​Evaluation of the effectiveness of incident registers 


Liquor & Gaming NSW is evaluating the requirement for some licensed venues to maintain an incident register.  

You may be interested in sharing your views about this evaluation if you are:
  • a licensee or manager of a venue required to maintain an incident register
  • a liquor industry body that represents venues required to maintain an incident register
  • a government or non-government stakeholder with an interest in the incident register requirement.
A discussion paper has been developed to inform you about the evaluation. It includes targeted questions to help you provide useful feedback that will assist the review process.

This is a public review. Submissions will be published on our website after the consultation period ends, unless you request for your submission to be kept confidential. Requests of confidentiality will be considered on a case by case basis. 

Online survey for licensed venues 
A short online survey is available for licensees or managers of venues that are required to keep incident registers. 

Online survey for Liquor Accord Executives 
A short online survey is available for Liquor Accord Executives who have members that are required to keep incident registers.
