The Public Lotteries Regulation 2016 replaces the Public Lotteries Regulation 2007 which expires on 1 September 2016 under the staged repeal program of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
The new Regulation includes minor and machinery amendments; revises various prescribed amounts that trigger certain requirements of the Public Lotteries Act 1996; and reduces red tape. A copy of the new Regulation is available from the NSW legislation website at www.legislation.nsw. gov.au.
